The P90X lean workout schedule is very similar to the classic P90X schedule. It uses the same basic set of 12 workout DVD’s, you do many of the same exercises, but in a different order and for a different reason. If you pick the lean schedule it’s because you’re more concerned with losing weight than with gaining muscle.
P90X Lean Phase 1
P90X Lean Weeks 1, 2, and 3
- Day 1 – Core Synergistics
- Day 2 – Cardio X
- Day 3 – Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
- Day 4 – Stretching X
- Day 5 – Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
- Day 6 – Kenpo X
- Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch
P90x Lean Week 4
Use this recovery week to rest up and get your strength back. You really need it!
- Day 1 – Stretching X
- Day 2 – Core Synergistics
- Day 3 – Kenpo X
- Day 4 – X Stretch
- Day 5 – Cardio X
- Day 6 – Stretching X
- Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch
P90x Lean Phase 2

The P90X lean workout schedule is just as hard as the classic schedule. It involves more cardio and less heavy lifting, and you’ll look awesome at the end of the ninety days!
